2Order Cancellation — Before Shipping
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it immediately enters processing. Because of this:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
And only if they have not been dispatched
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or official contact channel
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible
