This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, replaced, or refunded. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.

2Order Cancellation — Before Shipping

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it immediately enters processing. Because of this:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

And only if they have not been dispatched

3Refund / Replacement Eligibility (Manufacturing Defect Only)

Refund or replacement is allowed only under the following conditions:

4No Refund for Customer Preference Issues

Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, color, size, etc.
Perceived in-effectiveness of natural product
Delay caused by courier beyond our control
Wrong address input by customer
Failure to receive package after multiple delivery attempts

Please note: Natural products react differently for different individuals, and we cannot guarantee identical results for all.

5Return Procedure

If your product qualifies for return or replacement:
